Wilhelmshaven main station is only around one kilometer away from the hotel, so you can easily reach it on foot in just under 15 minutes. For example, cross the nearby level crossing and follow "Bahnhofstraße" to the station.

In the shopping center "Nordseepassage" you will find a selection of ATMs, e.g. Sparkasse, Deutsche Bank or ING. The shopping center is located right next to the main train station and can be reached within a 15-minute walk.

You can check into your room from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you would like to arrive earlier, you can book an early arrival online from noon for a surcharge of EUR 30.00 per room in addition to your reservation.

On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11:00 a.m.

Our hotel is not equipped with an elevator. Some rooms are only accessible via stairs (not barrier-free). If you have restricted mobility, please contact us directly to reserve a room. In this way, we can reserve a barrier-free room for you.

You can choose between an overnight stay with or without breakfast. Both options are available on our » online booking platform.

Our breakfast room is located on the first floor, right next to the reception desk.

• Monday to Friday: 06:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m,
• Saturday & Sunday: 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

You are also welcome to travel with a four-legged companion. Please note, that dogs are only permitted in our “South Beach” comfort double rooms. Please select this room category when booking online and book your dog in the “Extras” section for your room. We charge EUR 10.00 per dog/night.

Pets are not permitted in the breakfast area.

Children in their parents' bed:

If you are traveling alone as a parent with a child, your child stays in the parents' bed free of charge. We charge breakfast for children as follows:

• 0 to 5 years: free of charge
• 6 to 11 years: EUR 6.00 per child
• from 12 years: EUR 12.00 per child

Baby cribs:

Not all room categories offer sufficient space for an additional baby crib. Baby cribs can be placed in the following room categories: Comfort single room, Comfort double room "North Sea", Comfort double room "South Beach", Family room. If you do not wish to bring your own baby crib, we will be happy to provide a baby crib for EUR 10.00 per night. Please select the "Baby crib" in the "Extras" section of the online booking process.

Children in their own bed:

Our family rooms are the ideal choice if you are traveling with two adults and one or two children. Here you have two separate bedrooms, which are equipped with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed and two 0.90 x 2.00 m beds. Please enter your children in our online booking platform with the option "in their own bed". You will then be shown the overnight price for your family. An additional baby crib can also be added here as an option (e.g. 2 adults + 2 children + 1 baby).

There are several free parking spaces on the roadside in the immediate vicinity.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Please use our small courtyard for this.

Is a daily intermediate cleaning of the rooms still up to date? Ask yourself this question.

For ecological reasons, we only offer intermediate room cleaning for stays of several days on express request. Please notify our reception by 08:00 p.m. the evening before at the latest. However, if you need anything in the meantime (e.g. toilet paper, fresh towels), please contact our reception team.
